zamu provides messaging infrastructure for business communications, including WhatsApp Business API workflows, automation, campaign tooling, reporting, and related integrations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, carrier rules, WhatsApp policies, and consent requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use zamu for spam, unlawful messaging, deceptive campaigns, harassment, malware, phishing, or communications sent without proper authorization or consent.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid plans, usage charges, and recharges are billed according to the plan or order selected. You authorize zamu or its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account.

6. Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to improve the service, comply with provider requirements, or maintain platform security and reliability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zamu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
